Terms of Business for EVGO Chauffeur Services.


EVGo request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice on all pre-booked travel and online bookings.

All booking cancellation(s) made 5 working days or less before booking will forfeit 100% of the cost.

All cancellations are subject to Credit Card charges.


Online quotations do not allow for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve where there may be an additional surcharge. Please indicate on the quote form if your proposed booking is for a bank holiday or on any other special date.

Your booking may be subject to additional charges.

If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking or waiting time or car park charges. All traffic conditions including road closures accidents unforeseen heavy traffic and Acts of God that prevents the driver from arriving on time, that may lead to missed appointments/forwarding travel plans etc., EVGO cannot be held responsible.

EVGO shall not be held responsible for missed airline flights due to causes beyond our control or insufficient time allowed for the journey by the client.

For any damage you cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to you then for example, any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order, together with loss of earnings. There is a non-negotiable NO SMOKING policy of any kind in place.


Every effort will be made by EVGO to ensure that our vehicle(s) arrive on time. Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.


EVGO vehicle(s) are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and EVGO shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

EVGO and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

In the event of conflict between the General Terms of Business and the Terms of Business for Chauffeur Services, Terms of Business for Chauffeur Services prevail.

We may provide sub-contracted Tesla model S occasionally.
